Job Summary:
The Palace of Fine Arts Theatre is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join their Team on a Part Time basis.
Job Description:
Social Media Coordinator
- Managing day-to-day activity on social media accounts
- Create and develop social media following
- Build monthly email blasts
- Coordinate show announcement post via social media accounts
- This is a remote position that requires a self starter with a desire to help build and maintain social media platforms
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience working with a business social media platform preferred
- Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in a theatre or entertainment industry
- Able to successfully handle multiple deadlines
- Certain degree of creativity a major plus
- Experience with a wide variety of social media platforms
- Overall awareness of the entertainment business a plus
- Must have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
Hours/Salary: 5-10hrs/wk, $30/hr
